Welcome to the Hamburg task force of the Germany WikiProject! Our goal is to improve and expand Wikipedia's coverage of Hamburg, Germany. Anyone with an interest in Hamburg is welcome to join.
Scope
[edit source]Any articles dealing with Hamburg, its boroughs, geography, transportation, culture, history and so on. It aims to expand Wikipedia's resources on Hamburg in a fair and accurate manner.
Goals
[edit source]- To create the foremost reliable and accurate free-content encyclopedia about Hamburg in the English language.
- To improve coverage of Hamburg by creating, expanding, and maintaining articles that describe all of its aspects.
- To provide guidelines and recommendations for such articles, and to serve as the central point of discussion for issues related to Hamburg in Wikipedia.

Any article related to this task force should be marked by adding Hamburg=yes and HamburgImp= to the {{WikiProject Germany}} project banner at the top of its talk page, thus:

If you stub an article with a Hamburg template, please also include a type-related one, e.g. both {{Hamburg-struct-stub}} and {{Germany-museum-stub}} if the article relates to a museum.
If you wish to have any new stub templates created, please propose it first at WP:WSS/P, to avoid problems with renaming etc. The standard requirements for approving a new template are that at least 60 stub articles should benefit from the new template and that it follows the WP:WSS naming system.
