Description
[edit source]A WikiProject focusing on the geology and geography of the world's deserts. I'm looking to organize and improve pages related to these places including the actual deserts and landforms that form only in the desert or affects them in some way. ALK (talk) 00:42, 20 April 2009 (UTC)

Discussion
[edit source]Not interested in joining, but this is a great idea and would fit in nicely with the WikiProjects (under WP:GEOG) listed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Geography#Physical geography. I think it should be its own WikiProject. ~EdGl ★ 02:00, 20 April 2009 (UTC)

- I'll have to agree with that one. I'm just very used to not typing in plurals on this site so the proposal ended up being singular. Thanks for the heads up. --ALK (talk) 16:40, 26 April 2009 (UTC)
