Label Criteria
Top Articles describing the central, core and basic elements, culture and heritage of the Scottish clans, or subjects of top importance to pan-clan history
Examples: Scottish clans, Scottish chief, Tartan, Court of the Lord Lyon.
High Articles describing the major dominant chiefs or clans of Scotland, or subjects of significant importance to clans of Scotland
Examples: Clan Campbell, Clan Stuart, Clan Cameron, List of castles in Scotland, Scottish Tartans Authority, Coat of Arms.
Mid Articles describing the specialist and individual elements and heritage of the Scottish clans
Examples: Alasdair MacColla, Clan Muir, Battle of Mulroy.
Low Articles describing subjects of specialist and/or obscure interest
Examples: Rowallan Castle, Gabrán mac Domangairt


How to assess articles

To assess an article, add |class= and |importance= to the WikiProject banner on the article's talk page to get this:

To assess the quality of the article, add either stub, start, B, GA, A, or FA after class=.

Example:

To assess the importance of the article, add low, mid, high, or top after importance=.

Example:
