Project goals and organization |
Since its creation on August 7, 2006, our project has been focused on improving articles and coverage related to Canada in a fair and accurate manner, with an emphasis on subjects with national significance. Some project goals are to help improve vital articles, continue developing quality standards, maintain and expand templates, lists, and categories in a manner that helps users browse the articles that fall under this project's scope. Editors are encouraged to participate in the more regional and/or topic specific Canadian Wikiprojects.
The Canadian Manual of Style is a guide applicable to all Canadian Wikipedia articles. It presents Canadian styles, and is intended to help editors to produce articles with proper Canadian language, layout, and formatting that are consistent, clear, and precise.

WikiProjects |
The following is a list of Wikiprojects which focus on a specific topic within the scope of Canada.
| File:Information icon4.svg | Some Canadian WikiProjects fall inactive or semi-active because they have a lack of interested editors or they simply have served their initial purpose of establishing an organizational structure, content assessment system, layout and navigational aids. These projects are retained for reference because they contain topic-specific considerations of the many site-wide policies and guidelines that apply to a subset of Canadian articles. It may be best to direct questions to Canada's Wikiproject talk page. |
