Welcome to the Umpires task force of WikiProject Baseball. This task force was started on June 20, 2012, and is dedicated to improving umpire pages, transforming them from stubs into featured articles. If you are interested in joining us, please add your name to the list of members.
Scope
The Umpires task force covers all pages pertaining to baseball umpires. This includes the umpire page, the List of Major League Baseball umpires, and the biographies for individual umpires.

Tasks & Goals
General Tasks Tag related articles. (Which will require someone who knows how to design the tag first) I'll be running through this with a bot as soon as my BRFA goes through. Ryan Vesey Review me! Identify articles for creation Identify articles for improvement Review importance and quality of existing articles To review importance, please consult this guide. Expand articles by introducing relevant content Remove content that does not belong, such as unfounded criticism or relation of non-noteworthy incidents Add references to support content Arrange articles in a neat layout
