Hello, I created a text in my sandbox on the English Wikipedia and submitted it for review but my text is in Dutch, so I tried to copy it to my 'kladblok' on the Dutch Wikipedia but there I can't submit it for review. I created an article about a music album that is currently being reviewed. I tried to add a photo of the album cover but it was rejected for copyright violation. I see other album covers that don't appear to have a copyright holder's permission to be posted. How does this get done?Bob Caldwell CSL (talk) 16:00, 9 November 2016 (UTC)

- Hello, Bob. Thank you for your contribution to Wikipedia. The folks over at Commons are probably correct about the cover's copyright status. You'll need to upload it not to Commons, but to Wikipedia. See our discussion at WP:Uploading images, including the discussion on how to establish "fair use" of the non-copyright-free material. By the way, I took a look at your draft and saw that the third paragraph is unsourced. Also, after the draft is published, you'll need to visit the articles on the albums that are adjacent in the album chronology -- those other articles don't seem to have acknowledged the existence of this album in their chronologies.
