Would documentation, photos, etc., help? No, submitting personal paperwork doesn't work, per WP:No original research. Only published works are admissible, generally speaking. What we need is serious news media, music biz journal, or academic coverage of this band. I strongly suggest you read WP:Notability (music) which will probably answer 90% of your questions, and for the remaining 10% you can check back in here if anything about those requirements is unclear.
