Usage

- Parameter descriptions
- title: Title is the issue information. Should be formatted as "Volume A, No. B — C Quarter, YYYY". For example, "Volume 2, No. 4 — 2nd Quarter, 2009"
- date: Date is the delivery date of the issue. Should be formatted as "YYYYMMDD". For example, the corresponding date for the above example is "20090701".
