How to disable Smart Screen once and for all, without having Windows 8.1 informing me that it should be enabled? It prevents me from doing one of the most common tasks for computer users - installing software. KägeTorä - (影虎) (Chin Wag) 09:50, 12 August 2014 (UTC)
Some apps won't start properly. They come on screen for a split second, then minimize themselves. Is there anything I can do about this? KägeTorä - (影虎) (Chin Wag) 18:04, 12 August 2014 (UTC)
