Stale subpage of an inactive WikiProject. Recommending deletion to clean up links organize this project to maybe get it back up and running, but we'll see. TNstingray (talk) 17:15, 3 September 2025 (UTC)

- For pages which are part of a defunct WikiProject,
{{WikiProject status|defunct}}is probably the most appropriate. For pages which aren't part of a WikiProject, or where the project is still clinging to life but the page has been abandoned, there's{{historical}}. Omphalographer (talk) 02:40, 6 September 2025 (UTC)

- Delete the Wikipedia:WikiProject Cryptozoology is defunct, there is no need to mark the page as historical. Catfurball (talk) 17:35, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
- Also, I'm inclined to agree. Even if the WikiProject were reconstituted, this list of four "new pages" (which are now well into their teenage years) would not be helpful to that project. Lists of new pages are usually (bot-)maintained at Wikipedia:New articles by topic nowadays. Omphalographer (talk) 22:10, 6 September 2025 (UTC)
