Welcome to the WikiProject page for the University of California Riverside Libraries. The UCR Libraries consist of four libraries: the Tomás Rivera Library, which houses the university's humanities, arts, social science, and Special Collections & University Archives collections; the Orbach Science Library; the Multimedia Library; and the Music Library.

The UCR Libraries contain a number of specialized research collections in the Special Collections & University Archives Department, whose mission is to collect, preserve, and make accessible primary resources and rare or unique materials to all researchers regardless of institutional affiliation.

This project is intended to facilitate the sharing of the unique special collections as well as the general research collections held by the UCR Libraries with the Wikipedia community. The Special Collections & University Archives Department collects and preserves materials relating science fiction; the Inland Empire of Southern California; the Tuskegee Airmen, especially those that settled in Southern California post-World War II; and Native American culture and literature.
