Random observation: globalsecurity.org has been popping up for the history of military units, but appears to only grab content from other sources-often official U.S. government pages which are PD. This, however, appears to have originated at http://web.archive.org/web/19981202013139/http://badger.state.wi.us/agencies/dma/32nd/120th/HISTORY.HTM but it all appears to be done at the state and not federal level, so does look like copyvio.
