The article began as a full copyvio, including the "Introduction" section. However, it seems that this section has been rewritten now. It might be worth taking a look at it though. Blanked to allow contributors an opportunity to propose a rewrite, but if they do not it may be necessary to salvage the lead and the attribution history but delete the rest. The contents were not released under allowable license, and the terms offered were vague. Cornell did not say that derivative works could be created, but only that press releases could be paraphrased, which does not in any way address the closeness with which the content can be reproduced.
