Maya Taguchi (田口 真彩, Taguchi Maya; born 9 October 2005) is a Japanese badminton player.[1] A left-handed player, she is the 2023 BWF World Junior Champion in the girls' doubles event. In her senior career, Taguchi won her first BWF World Tour title at the 2025 Malaysia Super 100 in the mixed doubles. She graduated from Yanai Commercial & Technical High School and joined the ACT SAIKYO badminton team on 1 April 2024.[2]

BWF World Tour (1 title)

The BWF World Tour, which was announced on 19 March 2017 and implemented in 2018,[5] is a series of elite badminton tournaments sanctioned by the Badminton World Federation (BWF). The BWF World Tour is divided into levels of World Tour Finals, Super 1000, Super 750, Super 500, Super 300, and the BWF Tour Super 100.[6]
