Khatirkuh (Persian: خطيركوه, also Romanized as Khaṭīrḵūh; also known as Komrūd)[1] is a village in Chashm Rural District, Shahmirzad District, Mehdishahr County, Semnan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 298, in 101 families.[2]
