Haley Maris Winn[1] (born July 14, 2003) is an American professional ice hockey defenceman for the Boston Fleet of the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) and member of the United States women's national ice hockey team. She played college ice hockey at Clarkson.

Playing career

Winn attended Selects Academy at Bishop Kearney for four seasons. Winn began her collegiate career for Clarkson during the 2021–22 season, where she recorded seven goals and 16 assists in 37 games.[2] She made her debut on September 24, 2021, in a game against Sacred Heart and recorded her first collegiate goal in the first period.[3] She was named the ECAC Rookie of the Month for the month of November 2021. She led the team in minutes and recorded two game-winning-goals and seven assists in eight games.[4]

During the 2024–25 season, in her senior year, she recorded 14 goals and 32 assists in 38 games. Following the season she was named to the All-ECAC first team, the ECAC Player of the Year and ECAC Defender of the Year.[5]

On June 24, 2025, Winn was drafted second overall by the Boston Fleet in the 2025 PWHL Draft.[6] On August 20, 2025, she signed a three-year contract with the Fleet.[7]

International play

Winn represented the United States at the 2019 IIHF World Women's U18 Championship where she recorded three assists in five games and won a silver medal.[8] She again represented the United States at the 2020 IIHF World Women's U18 Championship where she recorded one assist in five games and won a gold medal.[9][10]

On October 25, 2022, she was named to the roster for the Canada–United States women's national ice hockey rivalry series, where she made her senior national team debut.[11]
