The grey-capped hemispingus (Kleinothraupis reyi) is a species of bird in the family Thraupidae that is endemic to Venezuela.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests where it is threatened by habitat loss.
Description
[edit | edit source]The species has a grey crown and does not have any supercilium. Upperparts are olive in colour and underparts are yellow.[2]
Habitat
[edit | edit source]It is found on elevations between 2,200 metres (7,200 ft) and 3,000 metres (9,800 ft).[2]
