Gmina Gniew is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Tczew County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the town of Gniew, which lies approximately 31 kilometres (19 mi) south of Tczew and 61 km (38 mi) south of the regional capital Gdańsk.

The gmina covers an area of 194.78 square kilometres (75.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 15,534 (out of which the population of Gniew amounts to 6,787, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 8,747).
