English: SunPinyin (an open source implementation of pinyin input method) allows typing Chinese characters with a standard Western keyboard. The screencast demonstrates how pinyin typed by the user is changed to Chinese characters and how the software suggests the best choice.
Shows free software: LibreOffice Writer and SunPinyin with IBus running on Kubuntu Linux (KDE), and free fonts: Linux Libertine O (20px) and Noto Sans CJK. Recorded using SimpleScreenRecorder. |
