- It is used to demonstrate musical characteristics of the band, where no scholarly print source could be found on the topic.
- It is used here for purely encyclopedic and informational purposes.
- It does not harm the copyright owner commercially.
- The same sample was used in the promotional DVD Collected, which the copyright holder distributed free of charge.
