Inspired in the remains of an old tile floor located near this wall, this stencil mural is part of a social action (by CMC and WOOL) with the intent to bring the people of Coimbra closer to their city. Apart from the re-interpretation and twist to the traditional tiles, this mural also contains an important message which translates (roughly) to "it's always charming", a twist to a local fado song that describes the city as "charming when it's time to say goodbye". |
