Fignya is a small genus of moths in the family Limacodidae, first described in 2009.[1][2]
Description
[edit | edit source]Species in the genus Fignya are small; typical male wing-spans are in the range 14–18 mm (0.6–0.7 in). Both males and females have thread-like antennae. There is a large brown-bordered white spot on the forewing in the cubitus area. The shape of the male genitalia is diagnostic between species.[2]
