Hello Chicagoans! It's time for another bimonthly meetup. We encourage you to register via the event page interface above, a feature that I keep forgetting exists (oops), in addition to adding your username below.

This will be another casual meetup to chat with fellow editors. In addition, we can discuss the proposed slate of 2026 meetups.
Transit info
The café is directly served by CTA bus route 18 16th-18th; the closest "L" station is 18th station on the CTA Pink Line.

Fun fact: This building is the former studio of Francis D. Nemecek, a Bohemian photographer in the early 20th century. Noted architect and fellow Bohemian Frank Randak designed the building in 1907 with its iconic skylight, ideal for portrait taking before the advent of flashbulbs. A sculpture of the building can be seen at the Czechoslovak Heritage Museum in Oak Brook, Illinois.
