Offscript Worldwide is a media and commerce company that operates in areas including hip-hop, music, sports, and storytelling. The company is led by CEO Detavio Samuels and launched on April 24, 2025. It is the parent company of REVOLT, REVOLT Sports, Rap-Up, 440 Artists, Rebel House, and Six Zeros.[1]

Offscript’s subsidiaries and divisions operate across different parts of its business. REVOLT, founded in 2013, is a media brand that produces programming and cultural commentary. Rap-Up, founded in 2001, is a publication covering hip hop and related culture. 440 Artists is Offscript’s music division and is associated with artist development and discovery. Rebel House is a collective associated with creative talent and publishers across areas such as music, gaming, sports, and subcultures. Six Zeros is an in-house creative and marketing group that provides services including strategy, experiential marketing, and campaign production.[2]

Offscript sells advertising and sponsorship tied to REVOLT’s television, streaming, and digital distribution. In an interview with Variety, Samuels described the company’s business as focused on helping brands generate attention and translate cultural relevance into results.[3]

On June 24, 2025, Offscript acquired 3BLACKDOT, a gaming and digital media company associated with creator-led franchises. Reports about the acquisition described it as an expansion of Offscript’s presence in gaming and creator-focused content.[4]
