Annum Architects is an architecture firm with offices in Boston, MA and Washington, D.C. Founded in 1980, Annum’s projects typically involve the creation of spaces for cultural, academic and civic purposes through the renovation and adaptive reuse of historically significant existing buildings, the creation of new structures, or a combined approach.[1] The firm's portfolio includes academic buildings, museums, libraries, student centers, theaters, and student residences among other project types.

Leadership

The firm was founded in 1980 by Ann Beha, FAIA, an architect with a background in historic preservation. And for much of its history, the firm was known as Ann Beha Architects. In 2022, the name was changed to Annum Architects. The firm's principals currently include Philip B. Chen FAIA (President and Principal), Thomas M. Hotaling AIA (Principal) and Steven Gerrard AIA (Principal).[24]
