Several parts need additional citations to verify the info, if possible with substantial, indepenent and reliable sources. Aesthet is a Greek multi-brand fashion retailer founded in 2013 by Alexandra Zakka. Based in Athens, Greece, the company sells clothing, jewelry and accessories by Greek designers through its e-commerce platform and boutiques in Athens and Mykonos.[1][2]
History
[edit | edit source]Aesthet was launched in December 2013 as an online retailer focused on Greek designers.[3]
In 2017, the company opened its first boutique in Mykonos, located at Nammos Village.[4][5]
In 2019, Aesthet established its flagship store in central Athens at 15 Valaoritou Street.[6][7][8]
In 2025, the company expanded its retail presence in the Athens metropolitan area with the opening of a store at the Golden Hall shopping centre in Marousi.[9]
Brand concept and philosophy
[edit | edit source]Aesthet focuses on curated collections of Greek fashion, accessories and jewelry, featuring both established and emerging Greek designers.[10]
The retailer’s assortment has included work by designers such as Zeus+Dione, Themis Z, Ancient Greek Sandals, Costarellos and Lalaounis, among others.[11][12]
Recognition and awards
[edit | edit source]In January 2025, Aesthet and Lighthouse E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Agency received four distinctions at the 14th E-volution Awards organized by Boussias Events in Athens.[13]
In 2021, the company was recognized at the PEAK Performance Marketing Awards for collaboration with Lighthouse.[14]
In 2022, Aesthet received support from the ESPA Competitiveness Programme.[15]
Collaborations and social impact
[edit | edit source]During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Aesthet collaborated with jewelry designer Antonia Karra to support the non-profit organization Μαζί για το Παιδί (Together for Children), donating proceeds from selected jewelry to assist affected families.[16]
