Services

[edit | edit source]

Daytrip’s core service is private intercity transfers with professional, local drivers, available through its online booking platform, mobile apps, and travel agency partners.[13][2]Travelers can add sightseeing stops, combining point-to-point transfers with guided travel experiences.[13][14] Multi-city trips and day trips are the other services the company provides.[11][12][15] Bookings can be made through the Daytrip website or the dedicated mobile application for travelers.[13]

Daytrip also serves as a platform for professional drivers to connect with travelers looking for long-distance private transfers.[7]

Business Model

[edit | edit source]

Daytrip operates on a hybrid B2C and B2B model. Travelers book directly through the website or mobile app, while host agencies, travel agents, travel agencies, and tour operators can access the platform through dedicated partner channels. Unlike ride-hailing services, Daytrip focuses on pre-booked, long-distance travel rather than on-demand city rides.[16][7]

  • Included in Sifted’s list of Central Europe’s fastest-growing startups and the Sifted 250 leaderboard (2024).[18]
