Daisy P. Avance Fuentes is a Filipino politician who was a member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines for the South Cotabato's 2nd congressional district.[1]
She was the first woman to become Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines from 1998 to 2001.[citation needed] She was Governor of South Cotabato from 2001 to 2010 and from 2013 to 2019.[2] In 2019, she was a candidate for Governor of South Cotabato in the 2019 elections.[3]
