Cynisca gansi is a species of amphisbaenian in the family Amphisbaenidae. The species is endemic to Nigeria.[2]
Etymology
[edit | edit source]The specific name, gansi, is in honor of American herpetologist Carl Gans.[3]
Geographic range
[edit | edit source]C. gansi is found in Kwara State, Nigeria.[2]
Habitat
[edit | edit source]The preferred natural habitat of C. gansi is forest.[1]
