Comabbio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Varese in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) northwest of Milan and about 13 kilometres (8 mi) southwest of Varese. On 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,025 and an area of 4.8 square kilometres (1.9 mi²).

Comabbio borders the following municipalities: Mercallo, Osmate, Sesto Calende, Ternate, Travedona-Monate, Varano Borghi, Vergiate.
