Cariboo River Provincial Park is a provincial park in British Columbia, Canada, located between Barkerville and Likely in the upper Cariboo River basin.[1]

Located between Kimball Lake and Cariboo Lake, the park was established in 1995, comprising 3212 hectares. Its boundaries were revised in 2010, the total area now being 3211 hectares.[2]

The park offers a variety of recreational opportunities, including hiking, fishing, and canoeing, while providing a habitat for wildlife such as moose, black bears, and numerous bird species.[3] The park's natural landscape features dense forests, wetlands, and the scenic Cariboo River, making it an attractive destination for outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore the backcountry of British Columbia. Its remote location and relatively untouched wilderness provide a peaceful escape from more developed areas.[4]
