Brian Mistro (born c. 1987) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for the University of Jamestown, a position he has held since 2019.[1][2][3][4] He also coached for Northern State and Concordia–Moorhead. He played college football for Jamestown as a safety and earned all Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC) honors after his senior year.
