Ardal (Persian: اردل)[a] is a city in the Central District of Ardal County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district.[5]

Population
[edit | edit source]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 8,162 in 1,767 households.[7] The following census in 2011 counted 8,992 people in 2,025 households.[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 10,113 people in 2,642 households.[3]
