Fasolo was nominated for the 2011 AFL Rising Star award after his round 22 match against Brisbane Lions.[5]

At the conclusion of the 2018 season, Fasolo moved to Carlton as an unrestricted free agent.[6] He played three senior matches for the club in 2019 before retiring at the end of the season.[7]
