The 2023 European Short Course Swimming Championships (25 m) also known as Otopeni 2023 were held in Otopeni, Romania, from 5 to 10 December 2023 at the Aquatics Complex.[1] These are the 22nd edition of the biennial championships organized by European Aquatics, contested in a short course 25-metre pool.
