The aim of this Task force-to-be is twofold:

  • to improve coverage of topics related to open access (publishing)
  • to use suitably licensed materials from open access sources to improve Wikimedia projects.

The project will closely collaborate with the Wikimedian in Residence on Open Science, whose initial focus is on matters of Open Access. If you are interested in joining, please leave a note on the talk page.
