This data module is used by Module:Team appearances list

- This list contains the years where major international sporting events have taken place (e.g. the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, etc). All names are in Title Case.
- Absences
- This list contains the years where a team did not participate in a given game. Names are in Title Case, and are input by using the team name and the games, e.g. "Afghanistan Summer Olympics". Note that if a team participated in every edition of a game, it does not need to be included on this list (e.g. Greece at the Summer Olympics).
