Golf men's major championship stubs

The result of the debate was propose for deletion.

We have 4 stub templates for the men's major championships ({{BritishOpen-golf-stub}}, {{PGAChampionship-golf-stub}}, {{USMasters-golf-stub}}, {{USOpen-golf-stub}}) which have long since lost any useful purpose. There are largely unpopulated and, anyway, we already have {{Golf-tournament-stub}} and {{US-golf-tournament-stub}} which are used for other tournaments, including Women's majors, and which can readily be use for the Men's majors too. Compare: 1932 Women's Western Open and 1932 PGA Championship. Both end up in Category:American golf tournament stubs. Can someone delete these 4 templates or should I propose on WP:TFD myself? Fantasy writer stubs

Ok I would like to make the stub lower dir for lower dir articles that are stubs.

  • I understand that "constituency" and "geography" aren't interchangeable concepts, but recently a slew of upmerged templates were created for Category:Khyber Pakhtunkhwa geography stubs and no one has seen fit to sort *those* yet. Hundreds of articles would benefit from the {{environmentalist-stub}}. Searching for only those articles currently tagged with {{activist-stub}} and Category:Environmentalists, there are over 120 articles. Scanning through the list of articles at Category:Environment stubs, there are more articles here. Should be a speedy. giso6150 (talk) 13:41, 4 October 2016 (UTC)
