This helper template calculates the sales thresholds for Italian certifications, based on release/certification year.
It accepts two mandatory parameters:
|year=- The release or certification year, as appropriate. Before 2010 the thresholds followed the release year. Following that they followed certification year. The calling template handles this distinction, so this template handles them in the same way. Mandatory parameter.|award=-Silver/Gold/Platinum/Diamond|type=-single/album|week=- The certification week, relevant on some years.
This template returns 0 if insufficient parameters were supplied.
