This is an experiment of having scribunto make maps.

This particular example is probably a bad idea, as the map is 600kb, and this method directly includes the map in the page making the page slow to download. That said, maybe its a quick way to generate maps, that people could right click on to download and then upload to commons.

It might make more sense for smaller maps. One cool aspect is you can customize the image for dark mode (In the example italy will be a different colour in dark mode)
