Usage

| perm=no (set to yes in cases of permanent user talk protections)
| full=no (set to yes in cases of full protection)
| protector=Username of the protecting administrator
| reason=Reason of protection

This template should be used for when a user talk page has been protected. The "reason" parameter is required so that users know the reason of protection. Inputting the gender is not required, the template will automatically detect your gender when being used on your user talk page.
Placing {{User talk protected|perm=yes}} produces the following:
 | This user talk page has been permanently semi-protected. The reason given by the protecting administrator was: Persistent disruptive editing. If you wish to contact this user, please do so via an email message. |
Placing {{User talk protected|full=yes}} produces the following:
 | This user talk page has been temporarily full-protected. The reason given by the protecting administrator was: Persistent disruptive editing. If you wish to contact this user, please do so via an email message. |
Placing {{User talk protected|protector=UserBob}} produces the following:
| This user talk page has been temporarily semi-protected. The reason given by UserBob was: Persistent disruptive editing. If you wish to contact this user, please do so via an email message. |
Placing {{User talk protected|reason=Persistent personal attacks}} produces the following:
| This user talk page has been temporarily semi-protected. The reason given by the protecting administrator was: Persistent personal attacks. If you wish to contact this user, please do so via an email message. |
Placing {{User talk protected|full=yes|protector=UserBob|reason=Persistent blanking by other users}} produces the following:
