MyWiki:WikiProject WikiFundi Content/WikiFundi:First steps
1. To get started you must create an account and then log-in. You can not edit or create a page if you are not logged in.
2. Then create an article or modify an article. Be Bold !
3. Do remember that WikiFundi does not include Wikipedia. There are two dozen Wikipedia articles as showcase, but not the entirety of the encyclopedia.
4. WikiFundi is YOUR wiki. You can do whatever you want with it, including changing this page if you wish so
5. Here is the complete user guide. If you encounter difficulties and have questions, do not hesitate to look through it for the answers: File:WikiFundi UserGuide (English) V2.1.pdf.
6. Normally, to launch WikiFundi, you simply need to connect yourself to the WikiFundi wifi then to open a new window on your favorite browser. Warning : the wifi network to use is WikiFundi. If you have already used on your computer the first version of WikiFundi (V1, released in 2017), it may happen that your computer remembers that former network. The former V1 network is WIKIFUNDI (capital letters). You may see two wifi networks... in this case, the network you must select to access V2 version is WikiFundi.
7. It may happen that the WikiFundi application does not launch automatically when you open a new window in your browser. If you can not find the application anymore, go the opened window and type wikifundi.hotspot in the url area.
