The composers of the month for September will be the Czech composers Bedřich Smetana (1824–1884), Antonín Dvořák (1841–1904) and Leoš Janáček (1854–1928).

For Smetana we have have articles on: The Bartered Bride, Brandenburgers in Bohemia, Dalibor, The Devil's Wall, The Kiss, Libuše, The Secret and The Two Widows, but many of them are still very brief.

For Dvořák we have already have: Armida, Dimitrij, The Cunning Peasant, The Devil and Kate, The Jacobin, Rusalka, Vanda, but lack Alfred.

We have articles on the following Janáček operas but some of them need attention: The Cunning Little Vixen, Destiny, The Excursions of Mr. Broucek on the Moon and in the 15th Century, From the House of the Dead, Jenůfa, Káťa Kabanová, The Makropulos Affair, The Beginning of a Romance, Šárka.
