Glasgow is one of the 32 [[council areas of Scotland]]; unlike England (which is divided into nine regions, each having its own stub category), Scotland has no level intermediate between the country and the council area. It would be impractical to subdivide Scotland railway station stubs 32 ways, and so I propose that further subcategories be created for just those council areas that have sufficient stations. I would still have to check the other 11 countries in South America, but I think that is a quantity that justifies the template.
