As the reviewer said, Quadwave does not appear to meet Wikipedia's notability criteria at this time and I wouldn't recommend continuing to work on the draft. I am new to creating pages, but I tried to model this pages structure and content off of other similar business pages to provide relevant, encyclopedic information. I know much of the content to be factual and not subjective, so I am looking for help as to what content on the article is deemed to "read more like an advertisement." I tried to make an article on Prof. Bidyut Baran Chaudhuri. It was rejected for many times.
I cannot understand the reason. There are several articles on similar important people (e.g. IEEE Fellow) in Wikipedia.
