:You say that this is the seventh time your article has been rejected. You have only submitted it to AFC review once. Maybe you submitted it into article space repeatedly and it was deleted. In any case, the references are all at the end of the article. A [[WP:BLP|biography of a living person]] needs [[WP:ILC|in-line citations]], in the body of the article with links to the list of references at the end. See the instructions at [[WP:REFB|referencing for beginners]] and try to add footnotes before resubmitting the draft.
