hi, have submitted my article for review. Have received the yellow page at bottom of draft article saying there is a delay. Want to upload image that is important to the article, team logo. When I go to the upload wizard (non free content) it says article has not been created. Does this mean you have to wait until/if article is accepted before you can upload an image? Yes, that is correct, ''non-free'' images can only be uploaded ''after'' an article is created, because technically it would be a violation of copyright to use them on a draft (since a draft is not yet an article). But once the article publishes the wizard will allow you to upload ''one'' non-free per article.
