Okay. This is quite embarrassing. I already revised it many times, but still declined. I already deleted sections in this article that I believe to be useless. I also re-edited it for the sake of the reviewers who reviewed it already. And I believe that I already accomplish all their demands, like putting some independent sources and removing promotional words in it.

I'm waiting for it's approval since last month. Hoping it'll be accepted now.

If you are under the impression it is possible to 'import' a webpage into Wikipedia then I'm afraid you are mistaken. Indded to do so, in this case, would be a [[WP:CV|copyright violation]]. If you would like to write an encyclopedia article about Isaac Penner then you will need to produce something in your own words, not copy text from elsewhere on the internet.
