:The draft is already much improved since it was last reviewed. However, the entire "Celebrities" section with all its subsections doesn't cite a single source; my suggestion would be to remove it outright. :It would be great if you could add [[WP:INCITE|inline citations]] to clarify which source supports which of the draft's statements. For example, "Even a school for applied arts existed [in Schwäbisch Gmünd] very early and was changed into a school for the precious metal industry in 1907." Which source would I have to read for verification? And what's "very early"? 1600? 1800?
:The draft's tone at times is also inappropriate for an encyclopedia article. For example, "Little did he know that with his influence Schwäbisch Gmünd was to become the centre of German Silver overlay production." Why is it relevant to our understanding of silver overlay whether or not Deutsch was prescient? :I think the problem is the long list of press reviews which are reproduced wholesale. An encyclopedia article isn't just a collection of newspaper clippings; you should summarize what they have to say about Shuisky, and cite the newspapers as sources for your summary.
