Hi Wikipedia, I recently made a Draft article for "Diane Kochilas." After posting it to be reviewed, I noticed that it said the following in red at the top of the article: "This template should be substituted on the article talk page"
I moved the page to the "Talk" section thinking that's what it meant, but it is still there. I was hoping oyu could further direct me on this and let me know when my article may be peer reviewed.
